You MUST be over 18 to order from this website. Paypal is used as a payment provider to help us ensure this.

We respect your privacy. All of our packages are sent in discreet plastic envelopes and are packaged so that the contents are not seen and to prevent damage. We will not place our details on the outside of the package so no-one will know that the item was sent by us.

In order to receive refunds, your order must be cancelled in writing within 7 days of receipt and all goods returned to us within 30 days.

All sale items are non returnable unless faulty as are all DVD’s games and Books.

All goods returned whether it be for refund, exchange, credit note or vouchers MUST be returned to us in the same condition you received them. This included packaging and labels. Please also keep proof of postage.

Certain fabrics appear different in different lights so please use the images on products as a guide not as actual colour.

For reason of hygiene, personal items, vibrators, creams and lingerie cannot be returned once the product has been opened unless the product is faulty, unfit for its purpose, not as described or of an unsatisfactory standard.

Please note that we use Statcounter on our website to keep a check of the number of people that have hit our website. This information is for our use only and is not used for tracing purposes. This information is kept hidden from other people visiting our site.

Please allow up to 14 days for receipt of your order. We endeavour to deliver before this date but sometimes this is out of our control.

All models on our website are over 18 and we have the permission from our suppliers to use images they supply to with.

Please contact us if you would like to purchase multiple items as our postage is pre set to be worked out when you press the add to cart button. If you proceed with the purchase of more than 1 item we cannot part refund for postage at a later date. We will however use this postage charge and post the item to you at as high a postage level as possible.
