You MUST be over 18 to order from this website. Paypal is used as a payment provider to help us ensure this.

We respect your privacy. All of our packages are sent in discreet plastic envelopes and are packaged so that the contents are not seen and to prevent damage. We will not place our details on the outside of the package so no-one will know that the item was sent by us.

In order to receive refunds, your order must be cancelled in writing within 7 days of receipt and all goods returned to us within 30 days. After 7 days of receipt the goods can be returned to us for vouchers, credit note or for other products.

All sale items are non returnable unless faulty as are all DVD’s games and Books.

Goods returned for exchange, credit note or vouchers MUST be returned to us in the same condition you received them. Please also keep proof of postage.

Certain fabrics appear different in different lights so please use the images on products as a guide not as actual colour.

For reason of hygiene, personal items, vibrators, creams and lingerie cannot be returned once the product has been opened unless the product is faulty, unfit for its purpose, not as described or of an unsatisfactory standard.

Please note that we use Statcounter on our website to keep a check of the number of people that have hit our website. This information is for our use only and is not used for tracing purposes. This information is kept hidden from other people visiting our site.

Please allow up to 14 days for receipt of your order. We endeavour to deliver before this date but for us to do this we would need to dropship from our suppliers. If you are happy for us to pass your delivery details onto our supplier then deliveries will be received in a shorter time. Please note we don’t pass your details onto any other companies without your knowledge.

All models on our website are over 18 and we have the permission from our suppliers to use images they supply us with.
